Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate close to full commercialization

Panattoni confirms the attractiveness of Tarnowo Podgórne and the Greater Poland market. The developer has already leased approx. 58,000 sqm out of 61,000 sqm of the total space at Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate. Nearly 10,500 sqm is used by the company DFDS, which offers comprehensive transport and logistics services across Europe.

Greater Poland, Panattoni and a large-scale debut. In Q3 of last year, the Poznań region, with approx. 300,000 sqm, was among the top three most attractive markets in Poland in terms of demand for industrial space. Excellent location and connections to key economic centers in Poland and Europe attract a number of industries, including logistics. Demand is being met by, among others, Panattoni, which has already delivered a total of over 2 million sqm of space in the region.

An example of the interest of logistics companies in the Greater Poland market is Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate, located in Tarnowo Podgórne, where space is leased by two international operators. One of them is DFDS, for whom the developer provided a cross-dock warehouse with an area of 10,500 sqm and a net storage height of 12 m. DFDS specializes in comprehensive logistics and transport solutions – road, rail and sea – and has terminals in many European countries, including Sweden, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The investment in Tarnowo Podgórne is the company's first high-bay warehouse project in Poland. The modern facility, adapted to the operator's requirements, will allow for the efficient implementation of processes and the provision of a full range of logistics services.
