Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III with a new tenant

Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. The investment is already 95 percent leased, and one of the tenants is midocean – a leading wholesaler of personalized promotional items, textiles, and business gifts on the continent. The company has leased a facility of over 40,000 sqm, which will serve as the company's main logistics and printing center in Europe. The tenant will benefit from a range of sustainable solutions such as recuperation and photovoltaics, and will move into the complex in mid-2022.

Panattoni is launching another major investment in Upper Silesia, where the company has already delivered 1.6 million sqm of space, and plans another 1 million sqm. Now the developer has started construction of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III with a target area of 70,000 sqm. The first stage will include the completion of 50,000 sqm, of which 40,500 sqm has been leased by midocean – a leading seller of personalized promotional items as well as textiles and business gifts in Europe. The company has been operating on the market for over 50 years, and over 10,000 companies have already used its offer. The space leased by midocean will serve as the main logistics and printing center for the company's European operations and will allow it to increase its production and storage capacity. Therefore, the industrial part will occupy 36,300 sqm, where production and storage will be carried out, and as much as 3,500 sqm will be allocated for offices. Among the numerous sustainable solutions included in the BREEAM standard at the „Very Good” level, midocean will benefit from, among others, recuperation and photovoltaics used in the office part. The company will move to the Panattoni park from its current location in Ruda Śląska in mid-2022.

Furthermore, the number of nearly 4.6 million inhabitants in the region and the resulting access to a qualified workforce create excellent conditions for increasing both production, storage, and office space” – says Justyna Kononowcz, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III is being built in an ideal location, which has already resulted in 95 percent commercialization of the investment. Among the tenants are companies from the sports goods distribution, cardboard packaging production, and CNC services sectors. 

The location in the very center of the Silesian conurbation - 5 km from the center of Ruda Śląska and 16 km from the center of Katowice – will provide them with an excellent regional connection. The proximity of the A1 (14 km) and A4 (5 km) motorways will allow for efficient domestic transport, connecting the park with such centers as Wrocław, Kraków, Łódź, Toruń, or Gdańsk. Furthermore, both arteries provide access to the border, the Czech one in the south, the German one in the southwest, and the Ukrainian one in the east, which creates huge international potential for Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III.

The complex will consist of 2 buildings with an area of over 70,000 sqm and is being built with the needs of clients from various industries in mind – including industrial and logistics. The park's design allows for flexible conditions for shaping warehouse, production, and office modules according to individual needs. The facility will meet quality criteria confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the „Very Good” level.
