Panattoni Park Tricity East VI with its first tenant
Uni-logistics has leased 5,825 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Tricity East VI.
Panattoni Park Tricity East VI is a modern facility which, once completed, will offer 18,157 sqm of warehouse and office space. An advantage of the building will be its convenient location in Gdańsk near the A1 motorway, which will allow tenants to operate on both the Polish and foreign markets. The developer of the facility is Panattoni Europe.– Observing the conditions of the Polish contract logistics market, we want to adapt our offer to the increasingly demanding expectations of our clients. A distinguishing element of warehouse services at Uni-logistics is their high quality. Additionally, warehousing services in our case are an essential element of the logistics process, which supports other forwarding services carried out by our company on a daily basis.
