Panattoni Park Tricity South II sold to Clarion Partners Europe

Panattoni has finalized the sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II to Clarion Partners Europe. The company, which specializes in investing in and managing logistics and industrial real estate, acquired the park for 59 million euros. This transaction strengthens the industrial real estate market in Poland and highlights the growing interest of investors in modern logistics facilities.

- "The sale of Panattoni Park Tricity South II confirms the growing importance of the Tricity as a logistics and e-commerce hub, and also reflects the continued investor confidence in the Polish industrial real estate market" – said Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets at Panattoni - "Institutional investors increasingly view the industrial sector as a stable and long-term alternative, and high-quality Panattoni projects meet their expectations".

Panattoni Park Tricity South II is a modern logistics complex created with the growing needs of e-commerce and logistics operators in mind. Located in a strategic area of the Tricity, the park provides convenient access to the bypass, the A1 motorway, and the Port of Gdańsk, which guarantees effective distribution capabilities. The facility has been equipped with ecological solutions, including energy-saving systems and environmental certifications. The main tenant of the park is LPP – the largest fashion company in Central Europe.

The acquisition of the property by Clarion underscores the demand for logistics assets in Poland. The industrial real estate sector continues to attract investment, driven by long-term lease agreements and the growing role of logistics in supply chains.

- "We are pleased with another successfully completed transaction on the Polish market, confirming the strength and liquidity of well-located logistics assets" - added Michał Stanisławski - "Panattoni remains focused on delivering top-class facilities that respond to the dynamically changing needs of both tenants and investors".
