LOGISTEED Poland has extended its lease agreement at Panattoni Park Warsaw North II and increased its occupied space to 50,000 sqm. The operator's 18 percent expansion simultaneously allowed for the completion of the commercialization of the entire complex in Radzymin.
The logistics operator focuses on further development near Warsaw
The expansion of the leased space is a response to the increase in the volume of operations carried out by LOGISTEED Poland. The additional space is intended to enable more efficient customer service, increase the efficiency of warehouse processes, and support the further development of contract logistics.
The decision to remain in the current location shows that the ability to scale operations without having to relocate the entire operational base is becoming increasingly important for operators.
The 18 percent expansion closed the commercialization of the park
The new agreement includes both the extension of the cooperation and an increase in the space occupied by the operator. Following the expansion, LOGISTEED Poland will utilize 50,000 sqm of modern industrial and logistics space.
The transaction means that Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is fully leased. It also confirms the sustained demand for large warehouse units in the northern part of the Warsaw agglomeration.
Radzymin gains in logistics importance
Panattoni Park Warsaw North II is located directly at the Radzymin Południe junction on the S8 expressway. The location provides quick access to Warsaw and the most important routes leading towards Białystok and Wrocław, among others.
The most important advantages of the location are:
- approximately 30 minutes to the center of Warsaw,
- direct access to the S8 route,
- proximity to the largest consumer market in Poland,
- access to a large employee base,
- the ability to efficiently handle domestic distribution.
Nearly 88,000 sqm of modern space
Panattoni Park Warsaw North II offers nearly 88,000 sqm of industrial space. The facility was prepared with logistics operators, distribution companies, and enterprises handling large volumes of goods in mind.
In the immediate vicinity of the complex, three BTS buildings for Poczta Polska with a total area of 50,000 sqm were also built. As a result, the Radzymin area is becoming one of the most important logistics hubs in the northern part of the Warsaw region.
Flexibility is increasingly important for tenants
The lease extension combined with the expansion shows that well-designed logistics parks should allow tenants to develop their operations within a single location.
For companies today, not only the technical standard and access to transport infrastructure are crucial, but also the ability to quickly increase space in response to growing orders. Panattoni Park Warsaw North II met these conditions, achieving full commercialization thanks to the development of its current tenant.
