Panattoni relocates its Krakow office

Panattoni, the European leader in the industrial space market, plays a key role in the Lesser Poland region, having already delivered nearly a quarter of a million square meters of space. The rapid development of the company's portfolio and structures has led to a need for a new office. The company has leased nearly 600 square meters of space in the W3 building on Wadowicka Street in Krakow, where a team of over 20 people works, also serving the Podkarpackie market. The premises were finished based on Panattoni's proprietary design in cooperation with the company Massive Design.

The Wadowicka 3 building is located in a strategic location – directly at the Mateczny Roundabout, which guarantees an excellent connection to the city center, the Main Railway Station, and the airport in Balice. An additional advantage of the Panattoni office is the view of the old part of the Podgórze district and Wawel.

Choosing W3 was a natural direction for our development. First of all, we needed more space, and the new facility provides us with nearly 6 times more space than our previous office. This will allow for the long-term development of Panattoni's structures in the region. The excellent location and comfortable interiors ensure convenience for our employees. The choice of the facility was also influenced by the certificates obtained by the building – BREEAM confirming a high ecological standard and FITWEL promoting solutions that positively affect the well-being of employees. Additionally, the new space enabled flexible adaptation of the office to our vision, creating rooms that refer to local tradition and showcase our investments in the Lesser Poland region – summarizes Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.

The company Massive Design prepared the concept for the Panattoni office, which delights with numerous references to Krakow's traditions. The space was designed in cooperation with the host, who opted for the use of arches, referring to the Wawel arcades. The kitchen, on the other hand, is maintained in the style of a Krakow cafe. The office also features a room commemorating the Summer Jazz Festival Kraków, the largest jazz event in the region, which has been held for nearly 30 years. There is also no shortage of references to the legend of the Wawel Dragon.

In the new Panattoni space, guests can familiarize themselves with the company's portfolio, as well as with the ecological and sustainable solutions used in industrial and logistics parks. A selected part of the projects in the region is also presented in the office. Guests and employees also have access to an e-commerce room, which shows the journey of a package in an unusual way – from online purchase through the warehouse to delivery to a parcel locker.

In accordance with Panattoni's standards, the office was created with modernity and ecology in mind, with attention to the use of natural and recycled finishing materials, such as natural wood or felt made from recycled PET. Energy- and water-saving solutions were also taken care of.

„The new Panattoni office is characterized by exceptional functionality. We also devoted a lot of attention to introducing solutions supporting acoustics in the office. It is no secret that the better parameters we achieve in this field, the greater work comfort the users of this office receive. – summarizes Maciej Sawiński, architect at Massive Design.
