The volume of industrial space in the Silesian Voivodeship is growing continuously, and in Q1 2023 it exceeded 5 million sq m, while just 5 years earlier it slightly exceeded 2 million sq m. The rapid development of the industrial real estate industry is driving the metamorphosis of Silesia from a mining basin into a modern industrial center of Poland, where technologically advanced factories, distribution centers, and logistics centers are being built. Financial institutions recognize the huge potential of the voivodeship. Bank PEKAO SA granted a loan of 80 million EUR for the implementation of Panattoni Park Bytom – the developer's first park in this location, having already delivered 2.5 million sq m in the region.
