Panattoni secures €24 million financing from PKO Bank Polski for Phase II of Panattoni Park Zgierz II

Panattoni has obtained €24 million in financing from PKO Bank Polski for the development of the second phase of its Panattoni Park Zgierz II investment. The facility will include a central warehouse for a Polish cosmetics manufacturer and a distribution center for a nationwide drugstore chain.

“We are pleased that PKO Bank Polski has once again placed its trust in us by financially supporting the development of our key investment in central Poland – Panattoni Park Zgierz II. This facility is of crucial importance not only to our business partners but also to the entire region, generating new jobs and contributing to the growth of modern logistics,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

Upon completion, Panattoni Park Zgierz will reach a total of 120,000 sqm of space. The investment will be certified under the BREEAM system at the "Excellent" level, highlighting its sustainable character and the application of technologies that minimize environmental impact.

Panattoni Park Zgierz II is strategically located near major transportation hubs. Situated just 2.5 km from the A2 motorway and 13 km from the A1 in Stryków, it offers fast access to key markets in Poland and across Europe. Its proximity to Łódź and Zgierz also ensures access to a highly skilled workforce, which adds further value to the investment.
