Panattoni has secured financing in the amount of 74.5 million euros from PKO Bank Polski. The loan is intended for the implementation of the Wrocław Campus 2 project – one of the developer's largest investments in Lower Silesia.
The Wrocław Campus 2 complex will ultimately offer over 160,000 sqm of modern industrial space. In the first phase, a hall with an area of 30,000 sqm has already been built. By June of this year, another 30,000 sqm will be constructed - part of the second hall, which will ultimately reach 130,000 sqm.
- „The involvement of PKO Bank Polski as a financial partner once again confirms our ability to implement the most ambitious and complex projects” – says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. – „This financing will enable us not only to complete the Wrocław Campus 2 investment, but also strengthens our long-term development plans on the Polish market” – she adds.
Wrocław Campus 2 is located 20 km from Wrocław, near major transport arteries (A4, A8), which ensures excellent conditions for serving both local and international logistics needs. The location near giant manufacturing hubs of companies such as the LG complex opens up new opportunities for their partners and provides the investment with strategic logistical importance.
The industrial park will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Tenants will benefit from, among other things, intelligent energy management systems and fittings that reduce water consumption, which will translate into lower operating costs. The developer will also prepare green zones and install electric vehicle charging stations. The roof of the investment will be reinforced for the installation of photovoltaics.
Lower Silesia is a key region for logistics and industry in Poland. Panattoni has already delivered over 2.3 million sqm of space here, and has another 80,000 sqm under construction.
