Panattoni has obtained financing for the implementation of the first phase of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV – a logistics project being built in Głuchowo near Poznań. A loan of 9.1 million euros was provided by Santander Bank Polska.
- „The Greater Poland market, belonging to the so-called big five, is of strategic importance to us – we have already delivered over 1.9 million sqm of industrial space here, supporting the growth of the local economy and our clients – often leading companies with a global reach. Financing from Santander Bank Polska allows us to continue our development in the region – Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is another modern, sustainable facility in our portfolio that strengthens the logistics map of Western Poland” – said Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Poznań XIV stands out due to its excellent location – near the A2 motorway and the S11 and S5 expressways, it is a response to the growing demand for high-quality logistics spaces in the region. Ultimately, the complex will cover 63,000 sqm of modern space. The project consists of two buildings, and the first stage – a hall with an area of 14,000 sqm – is already under construction. The first tenants are the companies Gasa Group and Markat Plus, which will begin operations in the facility as early as the first months of 2025.
The entire park will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. As part of the investment, modern pro-ecological solutions will be applied, which will ensure energy and water savings for tenants, as well as high work comfort.
