Panattoni secures financing for facility in Ruda Śląska

Panattoni recently started construction of another warehouse as part of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II. Now, the company has secured financing for the implementation of this investment. A loan of 9.4 million euros was granted by Bank Millennium.

The location in Silesia is not accidental – it is an extremely attractive region for tenants and investors, a clear leader in terms of leased space in 2023, which makes great use of developed infrastructure and human resources, in particular technical staff. Ruda Śląska itself is one of the most dynamically operating centers in the region. We thank Bank Millennium for their trust, which will pay off with thousands more square meters of modern industrial space, and consequently further development and new jobs” – comments Karina Trojańska, Chief Financing & Operating Officer – Poland at Panattoni.

The new stage of Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska covers an area of 16,000 sqm, fully leased by Konimpex – a Polish company with a global reach, operating in the field of trade, logistics, and distribution of chemical and industrial raw materials. From the facility, the tenant will conduct warehousing and logistics processes, for which the proximity of the A4 and A1 motorways is key.

In Ruda Śląska, Panattoni has already completed nearly 200,000 sqm, and together with the space under construction, it has commercialized an even larger volume, which proves the huge potential of the city. The location in the center of the Silesian agglomeration, excellent transport links, and access to the region's huge population are advantages that make it a location chosen by clients from many different industries and with various specializations.
