Panattoni secures financing for park in Sulechów

Panattoni has obtained a loan of 75 million euros from Citibank (London Branch). The funds are intended to finance Panattoni Park Sulechów III.

International business finds an excellent base here for developing European operations, especially in the e-commerce sector. The Panattoni Park Sulechów III project initially included a hall with an area of 90,000 sq m, built for the needs of a leading e-commerce market player. Subsequently, the client decided to expand the building by an additional 46,000 sq m, which testifies to the huge potential and significance of the investment.

Panattoni completed the facility in accordance with the highest standards and the client's specific needs – among other things, part of the building was raised and adapted for multi-level warehouse "picktowers" to maximize space for logistics operations.

The investment has passed BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. It has been equipped with a number of environmentally friendly solutions, such as BMS systems, intelligent lighting, and a roof adapted for the installation of photovoltaic panels. The project also takes into account social aspects, ensuring comfortable working conditions and access to natural light in offices and relaxation zones outside the building.
