Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has secured financing for the construction of a new facility - Panattoni Park Bieruń I. Alior Bank has granted a loan of €10.5 million. The investment, with an area of nearly 20,000 square meters, will be completed in February 2025.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I is located in a strategic area close to the main communication arteries of Silesia. The facility is situated 2.5 km from the center of Bieruń, 1.5 km from national road No. 44, and 17 km from the A4 motorway junction and national road S1. Thanks to a new junction under construction on route S1 to Bielsko-Biała, the park will provide excellent connectivity both locally, nationally, and internationally.

With the support of Alior Bank, we can effectively realize our plans to deliver the highest quality industrial space to the Silesian market, meeting the growing demand from businesses. We have already delivered 2,750,000 square meters of space in the Silesian Voivodeship, the most in the country,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
The investment already has its first tenant, Nodium Group, the owner of Sport-Shop.pl – one of the largest online sports stores in Poland. Nearly 7,000 square meters of space remains available for lease, suitable for companies in the automotive, e-commerce, logistics, or light industry sectors.
Panattoni Park Bieruń I will be certified using the BREEAM method at the Excellent level. It will feature numerous energy and water-saving solutions, resulting in lower operating costs for tenants. The building's roof will be reinforced for photovoltaic installation, and the park will include bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations.
