Panattoni secures financing for the construction of Panattoni Park Szczecin V

Panattoni has obtained financing for the implementation of a new investment in Western Pomerania. A loan of 20 million euros was granted by mBank. Panattoni Park Szczecin V will reach 30,000 sqm, of which nearly 1/3 has already been leased by a client from the horeca industry.

For the Szczecin investment, among other things, an LCA analysis and a climate and flood risk assessment for the next 50 years were carried out. The building was also designed with a potential change of its purpose in the future in mind.

Bidfood Farutex, a specialist from the horeca industry, has leased over 8,600 sqm in the newly emerging park, securing an appropriate place for storing and distributing food products, especially in cold storage and freezer conditions. Thanks to the strategic location of the facility – near the A6 motorway and the S3 expressway – the company will be able to efficiently manage deliveries and quickly respond to customer needs, including restaurants, hotels, and catering services.

Panattoni Park Szczecin V is located about 20 minutes from both the center of Szczecin and the German border. It will allow for the handling of processes in the field of logistics, e-commerce, warehousing, or light production. In accordance with the developer's standard, the facility will undergo BREEAM certification at a high Excellent level.
