Panattoni has attracted two new tenants to its development in Siedlce. FoodWell – a market leader in the dried fruit and nuts segment – will occupy 5,700 sqm in an existing building, while for the second tenant, a logistics operator, the developer will construct over 6,200 sqm of new warehouse space.
“We continuously raise the bar and focus on constant growth, which requires modern logistics facilities. Our new warehouse will serve as a hub for storing both finished products ready for distribution and raw materials and packaging intended for use at our factory in Janów Podlaski. Convenient access to our largest production site was one of the key factors in choosing Panattoni’s investment,” said Maciej Korycki, Supply Chain Director at FoodWell.
FoodWell is a Polish-owned group operating in the healthy food sector. Its portfolio includes five strong brands: Bakalland, Delecta, Purella Superfoods, BeRAW, and Anatol.
“With the agreement signed with FoodWell, we have fully commercialized the speculative space available at Panattoni Park Siedlce. The second deal – with a logistics operator – allows us to launch the next phase of the project. We’re pleased with the park’s growth, which continues to attract tenants despite being outside the main logistics hubs. Strong transport connections, proximity to the highway, and limited availability of modern warehouse space in the region are key advantages. It’s a clear sign that investing in untapped markets pays off,” said Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.
The second new tenant is a logistics operator offering comprehensive services. Under the new agreement, the developer has already begun work to expand the existing hall with additional space, with completion scheduled for later this year. The building will be BREEAM certified at the high "Excellent" level. It will feature systems that reduce potable water use and conserve water overall. To improve user comfort, the facility will offer increased access to natural daylight, while the office section will meet high standards for acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.
Panattoni Park Siedlce is a complex of two A-class warehouse halls located close to the center of Siedlce and the city bypass (Siedlce Południe exit), which connects to the A2 motorway. This enables access to Warsaw in about an hour, while the nearby national road No. 2 facilitates connections to the eastern regions of Poland. The facility can be tailored to clients from various industries, supporting activities from storage and warehousing to light manufacturing.
