Panattoni sells in Poznań

Panattoni has finalized another large transaction. An investor specializing in the real estate industry bought Panattoni Park Poznań XI for 92.5 million euros. Logistics processes for one of the leading European fashion platforms are carried out in the facility.

The mobilization of specialized investors confirms the solid foundations of the Polish market, allowing for the implementation of growth strategies. Increased capital activity is aimed at taking advantage of the current phase of the cycle and securing the highest quality assets, hence the demand for Panattoni real estate” – comments Michał Stanisławski, Head of Asset Disposition at Panattoni.

Located in Żerniki near Poznań, Panattoni Park Poznań XI is a fully commercialized complex of two halls, whose tenants are international supply chain management companies – DHL Supply Chain and Arvato.

Green investment. Sustainable development is an important element of the strategy of DHL Supply Chain, Panattoni and Zalando, which is why the facility near Poznań stands out in this field. It has been certified with the BREEAM method at a high Excellent level, however, it achieved the highest Outstanding ratings in as many as three categories – „Water”, „Waste” and „Health and Wellbeing”. Thanks to the solutions used, water consumption was reduced by over 60%, and energy consumption by 18% compared to the average model. The building and its surroundings have been prepared for long-term climate change. The selection of materials and the solutions used are intended to protect it from extreme weather events. A Facility Adaptation Strategy for functional changes was also prepared, and the result of the Building Life Cycle Analysis confirms the maximum reduction of energy consumption, emissions and environmental impact throughout the building's life cycle.

Last year, Panattoni finalized the sale of twelve parks in Poland with a total value of approximately 500,000,000 euros – this accounts for over 50% of the developer's share in the national transaction volume in the industrial real estate market.
