Panattoni sells two logistics parks

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two Polish logistics parks - in Lublin and near Zabrze in Silesia - to a North American private equity investor. Both properties have a total area of 65,000 sqm.

A logistics warehouse with an area of 35,000 sqm GLA in Panattoni Park Lublin City IV, in south-eastern Poland, is located by the Lublin bypass and the Pan-European Transport Corridor II (Berlin - Nizhny Novgorod). The facility is 100 percent leased with inflation-indexed rents and a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of over six years. The facility also holds a BREEAM "Very Good" sustainability certificate and an "A" energy performance certificate (EPC).

The second asset is a logistics warehouse with an area of 30,500 sqm GLA in Panattoni Park Silesia West, near Zabrze and not far from Katowice. The park's location provides quick access to the A1 and A4 motorways, which ensures excellent connections with the rest of Poland and with Germany.
