Panattoni sold industrial parks for half a billion euros

Panattoni finalized the sale of twelve industrial parks across Poland in 2023. The total value of the transactions is approximately 500,000,000 euros.

The completed transactions confirm the high quality of investment products created by Panattoni and the dominant position of the industrial sector compared to other real estate. In 2023, Panattoni managed to achieve over a 50% share in the volume of industrial transactions in Poland, and the total national investment volume amounted to approximately 2 billion euros.

– „Last year, Panattoni closed sales transactions for facilities in Poland for an amount of nearly half a billion euros, once again confirming the long-term strength of our sector. What remains most important, however, are the prospects for the coming quarters. Stabilizing forecasts regarding financing costs are crucial for further improvement in liquidity. Many investors have raised significant amounts of capital that has not been invested, and buyers are monitoring markets in search of products suitable for their strategies. The Polish market is based on healthy foundations and is particularly attractive compared to Europe. Strategic location, developed infrastructure, qualified staff, as well as the availability of modern industrial facilities meeting ESG requirements, build our country's long-term growth advantage. This strength is recognized by international capital” – comments Michał Stanisławski, Head of Asset Disposition at Panattoni.

The greatest interest from buyers was in investments completed in Lower Silesia – this region accounted for as many as 5 out of 12 Panattoni transactions, including one of the record-breaking ones for the entire real estate market last year – Wrocław Campus with an area of 185,000 sqm. In the vicinity of Wrocław, the developer also sold Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South, located at the junction of the A4 motorway and the expressway, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, located in the eastern part of the agglomeration, as well as an urban facility – City Logistics Wrocław II. In other regions, Panattoni Park Żory with an area of 37,600 sqm, Panattoni Park Poznań XIII with an area of 42,000 sqm, and Panattoni Park Łódź A1, occupying 56,000 sqm, were sold. All properties are characterized by excellent locations and a stable lease structure, allowing asset managers to realize their strategic goals.
