Panattoni starts construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV

Panattoni, the market leader in industrial space in Europe, is driving the development of emerging markets. After delivering nearly 200,000 sq m in the Lublin Voivodeship, the developer has purchased over 10 ha within the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik and has started construction of Panattoni Park Lublin IV. The investment will occupy 53,900 sq m across two buildings and will be commissioned later this year. The complex already has 3 tenants, including technologically advanced manufacturing companies.

Panattoni has purchased over 10 hectares within the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik and is starting construction of an industrial park that will be suitable for handling a full range of processes – warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or e-commerce. Panattoni Park Lublin IV will occupy 53,900 sq m across 2 buildings and will be completed later this year. The potential of the park has already been confirmed. By the time construction started, the space had been leased by 3 companies, including a technologically advanced manufacturing enterprise, and Panattoni will prepare the leased space for the company's complex manufacturing processes. The developer will also implement a number of sustainable solutions, including adapting the facility's roof for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

-The Lublin Voivodeship is developing dynamically, becoming the driving force of all of Eastern Poland. The pro-business attitude of local authorities, the development of locations such as the Świdnik Economic Activity Zone, access to qualified staff – nearly 64,000 university graduates annually – and finally the growing volume of modern industrial space, attract businesses with a diverse profile. Also significant is the international Via Carpatia route currently under construction, which, by crossing the region, will ultimately connect Lithuanian Klaipėda with Greek Thessaloniki, creating a key transport route for the eastern part of the European Union. In light of this potential, an additional 54,000 sq m of industrial space, which we will deliver as part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, is excellent news for the region – says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Lublin IV will be built on the premises of the Economic Activity Zone in Świdnik, located in the immediate vicinity of Lublin Airport, ensuring good connections with both the regional capital and the center of Świdnik. The complex of two buildings will be located right next to the Lublin-Zadębie junction, which is the meeting point of the S12 roads – ultimately connecting Central Poland with the eastern border – and the S17, running from Warsaw to Lublin, and in the future to the south-eastern border. The investment will also provide excellent access to the S19 road, which is part of Via Carpatia.

At the end of 2022, Panattoni completed a gigantic project in the Lublin Voivodeship. Panattoni Park Lublin II in Niemce occupied approx. 84,000 sq m, becoming a comprehensive business platform accelerating the development of the region, suitable for both warehousing and logistics processes, as well as manufacturing. As part of the investment, among others, since 2019, the company Varroc Lighting Systems – a manufacturer of innovative exterior lighting systems and control electronics – acquired in 2022 by Plastic Omnium, has conducted its manufacturing processes and R&D department. At the beginning of this year, operations in the park were started by Stella Pack, one of Europe's largest distributors of non-chemical cleaning agents and hygiene products.
