Panattoni will build a 40,000 sqm production facility in Kalisz. The tenant is a leading German manufacturer of technical solutions used in industrial projects. The BTS investment will be ready in the third quarter of 2021. Thanks to it, the facility's tenant will increase its production capacity in Poland and double its jobs, ultimately employing approx. 650 employees.

Panattoni will soon begin construction of a production facility for a German company, which will be its long-term tenant. The area of the planned factory is 40,000 sqm, of which as much as 36,500 will be occupied by production, and 3,500 sqm has been allocated for office and social space. The investment aims to double the company's production capacity in Poland and utilize the potential of existing technology and equipment.

To date, we have created 2.6 million sqm of space in this formula and are still implementing more".

The new factory will be built in Kalisz, in the south-western part of the city's industrial zone, on ul. Inwestorska. The choice of this location was not accidental, because Kalisz is the second largest center in the Greater Poland Voivodeship with very good access to the labor market. This will allow the client to achieve its primary goal, which is to double production capacity and increase employment. Kalisz also has very well-prepared offers of investment land along with infrastructure. It is not without reason that comprehensive and substantive cooperation with the City Hall of Kalisz contributed to the decision to start the investment project in this location.
