Panattoni to build A2 East Warsaw Park

Panattoni continues its investments in Warsaw and the surrounding area - the most developed logistics region in Poland. The developer has announced the construction of A2 East Warsaw Park, which will be built in Duchnów near Warsaw, just approx. 24 km from the center of Warsaw. The distribution center with a planned area of 80,000 sqm will be located right next to the newly built Konik junction at the intersection of the A2 motorway and the DK2 national road.

„Although the region of Warsaw and its surroundings is the most saturated logistics market in Poland, it does not lose its attractiveness. There are currently over 4.3 million sqm of space here out of over 18 million built so far in the whole country, and the demand for more is not decreasing. Especially in newly emerging logistics hubs. The Konik junction will undoubtedly be such a hub, which for the eastern part of Warsaw will become what the junction in Konotopa is currently for the western part” – says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni. The location of the new park will significantly facilitate service primarily for the right-bank Warsaw and suburban municipalities east of the capital.

As part of Panattoni A2 East Warsaw Park, three halls with a total area of 80,000 sqm will be built. In class A buildings, it will be possible to flexibly shape production and warehouse space, which will meet the requirements of clients from various industries. The facilities will also be certified in the BREEAM system at the „Very Good” level. Construction work will start in the second quarter, and the first tenants will be able to move into the facility at the end of October 2020.
