Panattoni to deliver over 30,000 sqm for Reynaers Aluminium

Panattoni will develop another production and warehouse facility in the Warsaw region. The company will deliver over 31,000 sqm for Reynaers Aluminium – one of the European leaders in innovative and sustainable aluminium solutions for the production of windows, doors, and curtain walls. The building will be constructed in Urzut – 30 km from Warsaw – on a plot selected for the client. The facility will have two heights: 10 meters in the warehouse section and up to 14 meters in the production section.

The developer will deliver a production and warehouse facility for Reynaers Aluminium – one of the European leaders in the production of innovative and ecological aluminium systems for the production of windows, doors, and curtain walls. The company will use 31,000 sqm, of which 2,500 sqm will be office space. The industrial part will occupy a total of 28,500 sqm and will be divided into a warehouse with a height of 10 m and production, where the building height will reach up to 14 m clear height. The plant will be built in Urzut – 30 kilometers from Warsaw. Thanks to the investment, Reynaers Aluminium will be able to increase employment by up to 30 percent. The county and the municipality will also benefit from the investment, which, in addition to new jobs for residents, will gain tax revenues.

That is why we are already anticipating the expansion of our production and warehouse facility by another nearly 20,000 sqm, so that the facility will finally be enlarged to 50,000 sqm, which the location allows us to do”.

The new Reynaers Aluminium facility is a production and warehouse plant with numerous amenities, as well as modern technological and aesthetic solutions, dedicated to the company's clients and its employees. In addition to a modern facility, the company will also gain an attractive location, ensuring ideal exposure to the S8 route. Furthermore, the proximity of the expressway will allow for efficient transport to such centers as Białystok, Łódź, Wrocław or Warsaw. The facility will be about 30 minutes away from the center of the capital.

Production facilities designed and built to the individual order of specific clients are one of Panattoni's many competencies. The developer offers modern, commercial industrial space for production, warehouse, and office purposes, and also comprehensively manages its properties.
