Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, will build a new industrial park in the Masovian Voivodeship. The construction of Panattoni Park Sochaczew, with an area of nearly 28,000 sq m, will begin in the first quarter of 2025, and as early as November of the same year, the facility will welcome its first tenant – Pilkington Automotive Poland.

Sochaczew is one of the key locations on the logistics map of Masovia, offering excellent communication both with the massive Warsaw market and other regions of Poland. We will create a modern space here that will support the business development of our clients and meet the highest standards of sustainable construction – announces
