The first stage of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V includes the construction of a warehouse with an area of over 33,000 sq m, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025. In the future, the industrial park will be expanded by a second building, measuring nearly 19,000 sq m.
The first tenant of the investment is the Hebe drugstore chain, owned by Grupa Jeronimo Martins, which has leased 22,000 sq m. A BTS distribution center will be built for the company, equipped with, among other things, an advanced pick-tower mezzanine, internal transport solutions, and comfortable social facilities.
The Silesian Voivodeship is one of the most dynamically developing logistics regions in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. It is also our largest market – we have already delivered nearly 3 million sq m of modern space here, the most in the country. Sosnowiec holds a special place, where we have completed over half a million sq m, which confirms the unique potential of this location. Thanks to financing from PKO Bank Polski, we can continue our development by implementing Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V – a project combining the needs of large tenants, such as Hebe, with the highest ESG standards – says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is being built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and will undergo BREEAM certification at a high Excellent level. The solutions applied in it will allow for a significant reduction in energy and water consumption, as well as lower operating costs for tenants. The roofs of the halls will be prepared for photovoltaic installations, and the investment area will include, among other things, electric vehicle charging stations.
The advantage of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec V is its strategic location – just 2.2 km from the S1 expressway and 12 km from its junction with the A4 motorway. This ensures excellent access to major transport routes in Poland and the region.
