Panattoni with a new distribution center in the Legnica region
Initially, a warehouse hall with an area of 23,300 sqm will be built, of which 2,500 sqm will be designated for office space. The facility is dedicated to a specific tenant, who is a manufacturer of solutions used in industry, hydraulics, and the automotive sector. Ultimately, the entire investment is expected to cover approximately 100,000 sqm.
