Panattoni with another investment for the automotive industry in Bielsko-Biała. As part of Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV, the developer will deliver a 33,200 sqm production facility in a BTS formula for the Italian company Cornaglia Group – a manufacturer of components for the automotive, motor machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery industries. The company is focusing on development in Poland, and the project with Panattoni will allow it to expand its existing operations within a single location. The facility will be completed in January 2022, but the process of installing a highly specialized, modern production line will begin at the end of this year.

Tailored to European automotive standards. Bielsko-Biała is a location that is constantly developing and abounding in new investments. One of the driving forces is the numerous automotive industry, and Panattoni is fueling its development in the region. Currently, the developer is building a 32,200 sqm production facility in a BTS formula as part of Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV. The facility is being built for Cornaglia Group – a leading European supplier of technology and components for, among others, the automotive industry, employing a total of over 1000 people. The building will be opened in January 2022. The completion of the new plant will enable the company to move its existing operations in Poland to a new location. This will allow for increased production capacity and the expansion of the machine park with new-generation equipment, which will lead to an increase in production and the acquisition of new contractors in Europe.

To prepare the facility for the operations of the Cornaglia Poland plant – Panattoni, among other things, carried out wide-area excavations, going down to a level of 7 meters for the purpose of constructing foundations for the tenant's presses. The developer will also support the company in the transport and assembly of a production equipment element weighing over 100 tons, which will arrive at the new Polish factory from Italy. To ensure maximum stamping efficiency, Cornaglia Poland will use advanced equipment. The new line will allow for the production of both steel and aluminum elements.

Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV, within which the BTS for Cornaglia Group is being built, is located in the immediate vicinity of the S1 expressway, the section of which currently under construction between Mysłowice and Bielsko-Biała is part of the international connection between Gdańsk and Vienna. Furthermore, the road will ultimately provide a connection between the A1 motorway and the Slovak border in Zwardoń. Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała IV is ideally located in relation to both the Silesian agglomeration and Kraków, which will significantly facilitate the employment of specialized workers.
