Panattoni with another project for Poczta Polska S.A. The company already leases space from the developer in Białystok, and will now occupy nearly 4,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Kalisz. This marks the completion of the first class A logistics park in the second largest city in the Greater Poland region.
The developer is on the final stretch of construction for Panattoni Park Kalisz – the first multi-tenant complex with class A space in the second largest city in the region. Within two buildings, the company has delivered 35,000 sqm and simultaneously confirms the potential of Kalisz as an attractive alternative to Poznań within the Greater Poland region. The potential of this location was also recognized by Poczta Polska S.A., which leased nearly 4,500 sqm, of which over 650 is occupied by modern offices. The developer adapted the space for the tenant and prepared, among other things, a side ramp and a sorting room for correspondence. This is another collaboration between the two companies. Previously, Poczta Polska leased over 5,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Białystok, which allowed for, among other things, the development of e-commerce services.
"Our continued collaboration with Poczta Polska S.A. confirms the enormous importance of emerging market development for postal and courier services. By delivering space closer to cities that were devoid of class A warehouses just a few years ago, we enable more efficient service for the end customer. Locations such as: Kalisz, Białystok, Lublin, or Siedlce are no longer the future, but the present of the warehouse sector, which is why it is not surprising that subsequent parks are fully commercialized." – says Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Kalisz is a complex of two class A buildings, which is being developed according to the Small Business Units (SBU) formula, and thanks to a design that allows for flexible module shaping, its tenants can be companies from both the manufacturing and logistics sectors. Within the buildings, clients can take advantage of segments starting from 1,380 sqm. The park is also distinguished by attractive conditions for shaping warehouse and office space, as well as a convenient location. The complex is located in the south-western part of the city's industrial zone, 6 km from its center, which allows for efficient transport both within the city limits and on its outskirts. The facility is located in the vicinity of national road 25 and 7 km from road 12, which runs latitudinally from the border with Germany to the border with Ukraine. Furthermore, the city bypass runs 2.5 km from the complex, and less than an hour's drive separates Panattoni Park Kalisz from the A2 motorway, connecting Warsaw, Łódź, Poznań and Berlin.
