Panattoni with financing for the construction of a factory for Maxcess

Panattoni is a trusted partner for tailor-made factories. The developer recently started construction of the main European production plant for Maxcess in Łubowo near Gniezno, and has now secured financing for this project. A loan of approximately 10 million euros was provided by Santander bank.

Maxcess is a global leader in innovative products and services for automated production line applications, and the project in Łubowo is a key undertaking for the company's further development. Centralizing operations under one roof will provide a strategic advantage and streamline processes. Additionally, the investment will be one of the most important business projects for the Gniezno district, providing up to 350 jobs, more than twice as many as the existing Maxcess plant in the region. The potential of the investment is appreciated by Santander bank, which provided a loan of 10 million euros for its implementation.

-"Locating the main European plant by a global player in the country is another optimistic signal that Poland can benefit from the phenomenon of the reindustrialization of Europe. A central location, educated staff, and favorable business conditions attract the biggest players. Financial institutions are participating in current changes, among other things by financing tailor-made production plants from Panattoni. We thank Santander bank for their trust and support for this innovative project. The new plant will not be limited to manufacturing products, but will also include, among other things, research and development activities and the development of new products and services by Maxcess" – comments Karina Trojańska, Chief Financing & Operating Officer at Panattoni

The developer will build a facility with an area of approximately 13,000 sqm – with the possibility of expanding the project in the future. As part of the investment, Maxcess plans further technological development, modernization of machinery, equipment, and software. The new facility will also perfectly fit into the company's pursuit of making its processes more environmentally friendly. Panattoni will, among other things, prepare the investment for the installation of photovoltaic panels and will create green areas on the site. The developer plans to obtain BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level.

-"Panattoni is once again becoming an important partner in the energy transformation of global manufacturers, and financial institutions, seeing our rapid development in this area, confidently approach subsequent projects. The very high ecological standard of our projects is a sign that cooperation with us is cooperation with very good prospects for the future" – summarizes Karina Trojańska.
