Panattoni with its eighth urban park in Warsaw

Panattoni is launching another investment as part of urban logistics in Warsaw. City Logistics Warsaw VI with a total area of 18,000 sq m will be built in Targówku Fabrycznym. The distribution center will be an excellent point for serving the residents of Praga, as well as the city center itself.

Panattoni has purchased land in Warsaw's Targówek Fabryczny, where it will deliver another center serving the last mile - City Logistics Warsaw VI. The investment will be built on ul. Księżnej Anny, and its construction will start in the middle of this year. The modern multi-tenant facility will have 18,000 sq m, of which 2,000 sq m will be occupied by offices.

This is already the eighth urban investment by Panattoni in Warsaw - in the capital alone, Panattoni's portfolio of last-mile logistics facilities amounts to 150,000 sq m, including City Logistics Warsaw I, where the tenant is Fricso, or the recently announced project in Annopol - City Logistics Warsaw IV. Similar facilities have also been built in Łódź, Poznań, Katowice and Wrocław or Gdańsk.

City Logistics Warsaw VI will be built in an industrial zone and just a few kilometers from the very center of the capital, which makes it an excellent location for last-mile logistics, especially in the city center. It will perfectly fulfill its role as a parcel distribution center, for fast deliveries (up to 1 hour), and will streamline the logistics of fresh products. It can also serve as a showroom or a training center. This will be facilitated by the proximity of bus and tram stops, the Szwedzka metro station on the second line, and the Warsaw East railway station.

City Logistics Warsaw VI will also be an excellent location for tenants serving the Warsaw region and simultaneously interacting with international supply chains. The capital of Poland is served by the A2 motorway (Warsaw-Poznań-Berlin) and the S8 expressway (Warsaw-Wrocław-Prague). There are also two international airports nearby: Warsaw Chopin (40 min) and Warsaw Modlin (45 min).
