Panattoni with nearly 70,000 sqm of projects for Regesta

Panattoni is a partner to the company REGESTA in its expansion. The logistics company, which recently leased 33,000 sqm from the developer in Ruda Śląska, has now signed another agreement – for the lease of nearly 36,000 sqm within Panattoni Park Tricity East V. These are the largest spaces used by Regesta, meaning a doubling of the company's existing warehouse facilities.

Construction of the first hall within Panattoni Park Tricity East V, with an area of 50,000 sqm, will begin in the coming months. More than half, 35,900 sqm, has been leased by REGESTA, which will use the facility in Q1 2024. It will be the largest facility in the operator's national portfolio, and the location of the investment will allow for cooperation with the port, container transshipment at Baltic Hub and BCT, and the expansion of services provided within the scope of maritime transport organization.

"In a short time, Regesta is leasing nearly 70,000 sqm within two Panattoni facilities – in Gdańsk and Ruda Śląska. Two agreements for a very large area – record-breaking in the scale of the client's portfolio – confirm how much Panattoni has to offer to dynamically developing businesses. Nearly 600,000 sqm of modern industrial space delivered in the Tricity allows our business partners to grow in key locations thanks to the use of the nearby port and good infrastructure, and also supports the development of the entire region." – says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director at Panattoni.

"The Tricity warehouse is a continuation of our diversification strategy. Handling maritime transport and accompanying services such as, among others, container transport, comprehensive customs clearance, warehousing, picking, or distribution gives us a competitive advantage and will allow us to expand the group of clients previously served by our warehouse in Gdańsk Kowale. The new space includes over 35,000 sqm of block and rack storage, a packaging zone, cross-docking, a customs warehouse, and modernly designed offices for customer service, forwarding, and customs agency." – says Marcin Szostak, Logistics Director at REGESTA S.A.

"Meeting the requirements of the market and our clients, we are expanding our warehouse space in the Tricity. The location in the immediate vicinity of the dynamically developing Baltic Hub port is not accidental; it means for us achieving the position of a significant logistics operator, comprehensively supplying clients with a full supply chain." – says Natalia Szuba, Project Manager PV at REGESTA S.A. - "We have the resources, potential, and full capabilities to organize intercontinental maritime import and export, full-truckload and less-than-truckload international road transport, and comprehensive logistics services, which we can proudly offer to our current and future clients."

Panattoni Park Tricity East V will achieve a very high standard. The investment will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and will be equipped with numerous solutions in the field of water and energy savings, ecology, biodiversity, and user wellbeing. A huge advantage of the park will also be its location – close to the A1 motorway, the Tricity bypass, and the Deepwater Container Terminal Baltic Hub.
