Parker Lane Polska is an international company specializing in comprehensive resale solutions, including managing the sale of inventory from overproduction, consumer returns, and online returns in the fashion industry. The aforementioned resale service is aimed at well-known brands and offers integrated direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) strategies and solutions within one transparent and seamless supply chain, maximizing resale value across all channels.
– The MLP Pruszków I logistics center is our first and one of our most popular projects. We finished its construction many years ago, but it is regularly modernized and adapted to the highest standards that we offer in all our investments in the country and abroad. The center remains practically fully leased all the time, and vacant spaces appear sporadically only when vacated by another tenant – said Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group S.A.
MLP Pruszków I is one of the very popular logistics centers among tenants in the MLP Group portfolio. Its excellent location 19 kilometers from Warsaw and great connection via expressways and motorways with other regions of Poland make it an attractive place for entities from practically every industry.
MLP Pruszków I offers a total of almost 170,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, used by nearly 40 tenants. Over more than 20 years of operation, this park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The complex is located on a fenced area protected 24 hours a day. Electric and hybrid car charging points have been launched at the center, where the energy used is 100% photovoltaic. A city bike rental station is also available. The park has great potential for future development for clients and a proportionally large percentage of parking spaces.
In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group maintains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the lease agreement.
