Patron Capital and 7R have sold a warehouse project in Goleniów

Patron Capital in partnership with 7R have announced the sale of a warehouse project with an area of nearly 30,000 sqm in Goleniów to an institutional investor. The value of the transaction amounted to approximately 22 million euros.

The warehouse that was the subject of the transaction was built for Hultafors Group in 2021 in a "build-to-suit" formula in a JV partnership between 7R and Patron Capital. It is a modern, environmentally friendly class A facility located near the Polish-German border in Goleniów near Szczecin, the seventh largest city in Poland.
The warehouse for Hultafors Group is a technologically advanced building equipped with an AutoStore system. The building is powered, among other things, by photovoltaic panels. It also has charging stations for electric cars. The building has obtained an ecological certificate in the BREEAM system at the „Very Good” level.

"The completion of this transaction shows that despite the economic uncertainty we have observed over the last 12 months, investor appetite for modern, well-located, energy-efficient, European logistics assets is stable. Our experienced team, guided by a responsible investment approach and creativity, played a key role in the success of this asset. We will continue such activities in the case of new and existing projects, constantly working to ensure appropriate value for our investors in 2023 and subsequent years." - Wiktor Lesiński, Investment Director at Patron Capital

"We are observing great interest from funds in high-quality projects that offer pro-ecological solutions. The warehouse in Goleniów is a special project for us: a technologically advanced, environmentally friendly, top-class project created for the needs of the tenant. We are glad that together with our partner Patron Capital we could offer the buyer a property that meets the highest market requirements." - Katarzyna Laszkowska, Private Debt Director in the Capital Markets department at 7R
