ogicor, a leading owner, manager and developer of European logistics real estate, has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for c.58,500 thousand sqm of warehouse and office space at Logicor Mszczonów park. The site is PepsiCo’s largest distribution center in Poland.
The deal will see PepsiCo, one of the world's largest producers and sellers of non-alcoholic beverages and food products, continuing to base its operations in Mszczonów, where it has consolidated its logistics and warehousing processes from across Central Poland.
“Our central warehouse in Logicor Mszczonów Park is a proven facility, perfectly adapted to our needs. Its greatest advantage is the strategic location and proximity to three of our five plants where salty snacks, carbonated drinks, and juices are produced. We also have an excellent relationship with the facility's owner which is another reason we want to continue basing ourselves here.” - Marcin Chmielewski, National Logistics Manager, Pepsico Poland.
The warehouse was built especially for PepsiCo and according to its needs, especially in terms of meeting the business’s high environmental requirements. The distribution center is BREEAM Excellent certified and equipped with a modern LED lighting system and other amenities.” - Anna Mazepa, Asset Management Director at Logicor Poland.
The warehouse has a non-standard height of 12 m, and its fire class is above 4,000 MJ. In addition, panels with a PIR core were used during construction, which more effectively isolated the building from external factors. You can find more details at Logicor Mszczonów Logicor Mszczonów
