PepsiCo stays longer at Logicor Park Mszczonów
Logicor has extended its lease agreement with PepsiCo Polska for nearly 58,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Logicor Mszczonów park. This is the largest PepsiCo distribution center in Poland.
The agreement means that Mszczonów will remain the main operational base for PepsiCo, one of the world's largest manufacturers and sellers of soft drinks and food products. Logistics and warehousing processes previously conducted by the company in several other locations in Central Poland have been consolidated here.
Our central warehouse at Logicor Park Mszczonów is a proven facility, perfectly adapted to our needs. Its greatest advantage is its strategic location and proximity to three of our five plants where salty snacks, carbonated drinks, and juices are produced. The warehouse was built specifically for PepsiCo and in accordance with the company's needs regarding its high environmental requirements. The distribution center is BREEAM Excellent certified and is equipped with a modern LED lighting system and other amenities - added Anna Mazepa, Asset Manager at Logicor Polska.
The warehouse has a non-standard height of 12 m, and the fire rating of the facility is above 4,000 MJ. Furthermore, panels with a PIR core were used during construction, which more effectively insulate the building from external factors.Logicor Mszczonów is a modern class A logistics park located southwest of Warsaw, consisting of six halls with a total area of nearly 217,000 sqm. It is located near key transport arteries: the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway. This location ensures excellent communication between Warsaw, Lower Silesia, Poznań, and Katowice.
