Plant-Tec Europe expansion at Hillwood Zgierz I park
Plant-Tec Europe, specializing in the production and sale of spice blends, breading systems, and functional additives, will expand its leased space at the Hillwood Zgierz I logistics center. The tenant has signed an agreement for an additional 3,900 sqm, reaching a total of over 9,300 sqm of warehouse and office space.Plant-Tec Europe is part of the multifood LipCo Foods Group, which operates a dozen specialized segments, including poultry, fish and seafood, ready meals, plant-based products, beverages, convenience meals, gyoza dumplings, and pet food.

Hillwood Zgierz I is a class A logistics center, strategically located in central Poland. The facility is located directly by provincial road no. 702, providing an excellent connection to the A2 motorway junction (2.5 km) and the A1 motorway junction (15.5 km). The proximity of Zgierz and Łódź ensures access to a qualified workforce. The center offers over 58,000 sqm of class A warehouse space with an above-standard height of 12 meters and an increased floor load capacity of 8 tons/sqm.
LipCo Foods is a Polish multifood group, which includes companies and brands previously present within the SuperDrob and CPF Poland Capital Groups.
