Pneuhage Serwis Opon Sp. z o.o. has joined the group of tenants at MLP Poznań

The tenant has signed an agreement with MLP Group for the lease of approximately 6,000 sq. m of modern space at the MLP Poznań logistics park. Of this, approximately 5,700 sq. m will be used for warehouse purposes, and the office and staff area will account for approximately 225 sq. m. The handover of the completed facility is planned for January 2021.

Pneuhage Serwis Opon Sp. z o.o. is an independent specialist in the field of tires, with its headquarters and wholesale distribution department in Poznań and the Pneuhage Partner System network, which brings together professional workshops throughout Poland. The group specializes in the sale of tires, steel and aluminum rims, and professional consulting for fleet clients. The company distributes tires of all renowned brands: Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Falken, Firestone, Fulda, Goodyear, Hankook, Michelin, Pirelli, Riken, Tracmax, Uniroyal, Westlake, and its own brand of tires and aluminum rims, Platin.

The MLP Poznań project is located in Koninko, near the S11 expressway connecting Poznań with Katowice. The park is located approximately 16 km from the center of Poznań and 4 km from the A2 motorway. Ultimately, the investment will cover 90,000 sq. m of warehouse and production space, which will be built on an area of 19 hectares.
