BrandBQ, the owner of the Medicine brand, has leased over 30,000 sqm of warehouse space in the 7R Hub Nowa Huta complex. The new location will handle both online sales and the distribution of products to hundreds of stores in Poland and foreign markets.

This is one of the largest lease agreements signed within the developed investment, which upon completion will become the largest urban logistics complex in Europe.

Over 30,000 sqm for the Medicine brand

BrandBQ is developing the Medicine brand in an omnichannel model, combining online sales with a network of brick-and-mortar stores. The company designs and sells clothing and lifestyle products, and its offer is already available in 12 European countries.

Based on the signed agreement, the company leased over 30,000 sqm of space in building H1.

The handover of the facility will take place in stages:

  • the first part of the space will be delivered in November 2027,
  • the second phase will start operations in November 2028.

The new warehouse will be responsible for e-commerce service and the distribution of products to several hundred Medicine stores in Poland and abroad.

The largest urban logistics complex in Europe

7R Hub Nowa Huta is being built as part of the „Kraków – Nowa Huta Przyszłości" project. After the completion of all stages, the complex will offer approximately 230,000 sqm of modern logistics, production, and warehouse space.

The investment was designed with logistics operators, e-commerce, and companies conducting advanced warehouse and distribution processes in mind.

The complex is intended to enable the efficient execution of processes for both e-commerce and traditional distribution.

Energy-efficient facility with modern technologies

7R Hub Nowa Huta will be developed in accordance with the low-emission 7R standard and will obtain the BREEAM Excellent certificate.

The project provides for, among others:

  • an intelligent building management system (BMS),
  • a photovoltaic installation,
  • air handling units with heat recovery,
  • air source heat pumps,
  • a hybrid heating system,

Nowa Huta is growing into the logistics capital of Kraków

7R Hub Nowa Huta is being built in the Ruszcza Logistics and Industrial Center, near national road No. 79 and the planned S7 expressway junction.

The location will provide quick access to both the center of Kraków and main transport routes, creating modern facilities for companies in the logistics, e-commerce, and distribution sectors.

The first stage of the complex is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
