Poltrakt is the new tenant at 7R Park Poznań West

7R has leased nearly 8,200 sqm in the 7R Park Poznań West complex. The tenant is Poltrakt, a company offering comprehensive transport and logistics services. 

The 7R Park Poznań West warehouse is located in Tarnowo Podgórne – just 22 kilometers west of the center of Poznań and only 8 kilometers from the S11 expressway. Additionally, the close proximity to the Poznań – Ławica airport makes this location an ideal logistics hub for both domestic and international operations. Poltrakt will begin operations at this location in March.

7R Park Poznań West comprises over 55,000 sqm of space. 7R guarantees appropriate thermal comfort in the facility - even at -20 degrees Celsius outside, the temperature in the warehouse does not drop below 15 degrees. The warehouse has also been equipped with a range of eco-friendly solutions. It features air destratifiers and charging stations for electric vehicles. The facility holds an ecological BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
