Prologis has acquired Chronologis – a dynamically developing 3PL logistics operator.

We are pleased that Chronologis is joining the group of companies growing at Prologis Park Błonie. This is a location that, thanks to its proximity to Warsaw, the largest consumer market in Poland, is particularly attractive for companies in the e-commerce sector and 3PL operators. It enables fast deliveries, efficient organization of last-mile logistics, and flexible scaling of operations. Combined with modern infrastructure, we are creating an environment that genuinely supports our clients in building a competitive advantage – said
Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.Chronologis will begin operations at Prologis Park Błonie in January 2026. For the company, the move means not only a change of address but also a clear step forward. The new location provides excellent access to key transport routes – the A2 motorway, national road 92, and Chopin Airport. An additional advantage is the proximity to the center of Warsaw, located just 25 kilometers away.

We were looking for a place that would support not only our logistics processes but also the people behind them. At Prologis Park Błonie, we found both – modern office and warehouse facilities, better working conditions for our team, and a location that allows us to reach our clients quickly and efficiently – both in the region and throughout Poland. Thanks to the Clear Lease agreement, we can operate without a sense of financial uncertainty and focus on what is most important to us, namely development and operational efficiency. We are a dynamically developing independent operator working mainly in the area of publisher services. By signing the agreement with Prologis, we are gaining a modern warehouse with the potential to double the scope of our services – said
Sławomir Śliwieski, Board Member at Chronologis. The agreement concluded between Prologis and Chronologis is based on the Clear Lease model – a modern approach to leasing that simplifies operating cost management. Instead of unpredictable year-end settlements, the client has one fixed fee covering all standard operating costs. Public charges, such as utilities or property tax, are settled separately – in accordance with actual consumption and current official rates.
Prologis Park Błonie is a modern logistics complex consisting of seven functionally designed buildings with a total area of 152,000 sqm. After Chronologis begins operations, only two modules will remain available in the park – a total of 14,000 sqm ready for lease. Clients will find not only warehouse space here, but also infrastructure tailored to the needs of modern logistics, including comfortable office facilities, security systems, monitoring, advanced fire protection installations, and spacious maneuvering yards that allow for efficient work organization in the park
