Prologis has acquired a new client

Prologis has acquired Chronologis – a dynamically developing 3PL logistics operator.

Chronologis will begin operations at Prologis Park Błonie in January 2026. For the company, the move means not only a change of address but also a clear step forward. The new location provides excellent access to key transport routes – the A2 motorway, national road 92, and Chopin Airport. An additional advantage is the proximity to the center of Warsaw, located just 25 kilometers away.

The agreement concluded between Prologis and Chronologis is based on the Clear Lease model – a modern approach to leasing that simplifies operating cost management. Instead of unpredictable year-end settlements, the client has one fixed fee covering all standard operating costs. Public charges, such as utilities or property tax, are settled separately – in accordance with actual consumption and current official rates. 

Prologis Park Błonie is a modern logistics complex consisting of seven functionally designed buildings with a total area of 152,000 sqm. After Chronologis begins operations, only two modules will remain available in the park – a total of 14,000 sqm ready for lease. Clients will find not only warehouse space here, but also infrastructure tailored to the needs of modern logistics, including comfortable office facilities, security systems, monitoring, advanced fire protection installations, and spacious maneuvering yards that allow for efficient work organization in the park
