Prologis has purchased land with an area of over 23 ha for the implementation of new warehouse investments at the Prologis Park Nadarzyn II distribution center. The plot is located directly at the exit from the S8 route in Siestrzeń, in the Żabia Wola municipality.
The strategic location of the site is also determined by its close proximity to Warsaw (about 30 km from the city center), which allows for efficient logistics service for the Warsaw metropolitan area. The proximity of key national roads DK50 and DK79 as well as the short distance from the A2 motorway and the S8 route make this place an excellent hub for servicing the nationwide and European supply chain. An advantage of the Nadarzyn Park II location is also the distance from the Warsaw-Okęcie airport (40 km) and Warsaw-Modlin (38 km).
