Quantum Real is expanding the scale of its logistics investment in Gliwice. Following the purchase of an adjacent plot, the complex can be expanded by another approximately 20,000 sqm, which will increase its target area to over 60,000 sqm.

The first hall will have 43,000 sqm

The first stage of Quantum Gliwice is already under construction and includes 43,000 sqm of leasable area. The project has a building permit and secured financing.

The commissioning of the hall is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027. Adamietz Construction is responsible for the implementation.

Part of the space is being built on a speculative basis and will be intended for companies looking for new warehouses and production space in Upper Silesia.

Another 20,000 sqm on the adjacent plot

Quantum Real has finalized the purchase of land adjacent to the current investment. The new plot will enable the construction of another hall with an area of approximately 20,000 sqm.

Upon completion of the expansion, the entire complex may exceed 60,000 sqm of space.

The start date for the next stage has not yet been determined. The investor wants to adapt the decision to the pace of commercialization of the first hall and the situation on the warehouse market.

North Coast as the first tenant

The first tenant of Quantum Gliwice is North Coast, a company specializing in the distribution of food products originating primarily from Italy and other countries of the Mediterranean basin.

Part of the space occupied by the company will be prepared for handling food that requires controlled storage conditions.

The facility will include, among others, cold stores and freezers. This type of space requires appropriate installations, insulation, separated temperature zones, and increased connection capacity.

LCube joins the project

LCube has joined the company implementing Quantum Gliwice, becoming its shareholder, and will participate in the further development of the investment.

The company has experience in the implementation of warehouse and production facilities, among others, in Szczecin, Rzeszów, and the Wrocław area. Over the past five years, it has delivered over 100,000 sqm of this type of space.

3 km from the Sośnica junction

Quantum Gliwice is being built next to the A4 motorway, about 3 km from the Sośnica junction, where the A1 and A4 motorways intersect.

The location provides convenient access to the Silesian agglomeration and the main routes leading towards the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany.

The location next to one of the most important road junctions in southern Poland is significant for both logistics companies and enterprises conducting production and distribution activities.

The complex will be developed in stages

After the commissioning of the first hall, Quantum Real will have 43,000 sqm of space at its disposal. The next stage may increase the scale of the investment by approximately 20,000 sqm.

Further expansion will depend primarily on the interest of tenants and the pace of commercialization of the currently implemented part of the project.
