Ready-made Hydroline factory
The factory was built in the BTS formula, meaning it is a facility dedicated to a specific recipient; in this case, the company Hydroline, a leading manufacturer in the field of hydraulic power. The construction lasted 7 months and is three times larger than the previous factory of this manufacturer.
We were the first developer on the market to notice the need to create facilities built according to the strict guidelines of future users. To date, we have created 2.4 million sqm of space in this formula and are still fulfilling further orders. Our project for Hydroline has shown that this is a form of cooperation that works perfectly for the construction of production facilities.
