Regesta extends lease agreement at Park Tychy DC1
Regesta continues its cooperation with White Star Real Estate - a company specializing in asset and real estate management, which has been providing beneficial solutions for development clients and investors for over 25 years. As a result, the lease agreement for warehouse and office space at Park Tychy DC1, where the Regesta Logistics Center in Bieruń is located, has been extended.
The decision to extend the agreement was made in July 2023 and will be in effect for the next 5 years.
Currently, the area of the REGESTA SA logistics warehouse is over 17,500 sqm.
