Regesta has leased 33,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V. It will begin operations at the new location in Q1 2024, relocating from Tychy. This will be the company's first logistics center of this size.

Panattoni and Regesta are collaborating in the Silesian region once again. After delivering 17,000 sqm in Tychy (following an expansion from 6,500 sqm), the developer will now deliver 33,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V, which will be the operator's first logistics center of this scale. The company will occupy the larger part of one of the buildings and has also secured a right of first refusal, ensuring the possibility of future expansion. Regesta will begin operations at the park in January 2024, moving its regional operations and vehicle fleet base there.

The modern, very large space will allow for the fulfillment of contracts with key clients and the expansion of the company's portfolio of business partners.

Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska V is located in the vicinity of the A4 motorway and 15 km from the A1 motorway, which allows for efficient distribution to domestic and foreign markets, including the Czech Republic – the drive to the Czech border takes about 30 minutes.

The project for REGESTA will be characterized by a very high standard, confirmed by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The facility will feature solutions for energy and water efficiency, and the developer will also ensure the reduction of CO2 emissions both through the optimization of the construction process and the implementation of the latest technologies in the buildings.
