Reka Rubber Polska leases space at MLP Poznań West
A European market leader in the production of rubber products as well as rubber and silicone hoses has become a new tenant at MLP Poznań West. Reka Rubber Polska has leased nearly 2,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The handover of the completed facility is scheduled for the beginning of the second quarter of 2022.
Reka Rubber Polska was established in Dopiewo in 2004 and is part of the Finnish Reka Group. The company is characterized by dynamic development and the expansion of its sales markets. It focuses on selected industrial sectors, providing its clients with highly specialized and high-quality products, including injection-molded rubber-metal products and rubber profiles.

The complex is located in very close proximity to the Poznań-Ławica Airport. The project is being developed in accordance with the trends prevailing in the warehouse real estate market. The center is aimed primarily at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing sectors. Ultimately, MLP Poznań West will provide approximately 150,000 sqm of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space. The investment is being built in accordance with the latest trends in the warehouse real estate market and will meet the requirements of BREEAM certification. The role of General Contractor is performed by the company W.P.I.P., which has many years of experience in the construction of warehouse facilities.
