Reka Rubber to expand at MLP Poznań West

Reka Rubber Polska will move into the new facility in the second quarter of this year. The company has ordered additional space at the MLP Poznań West logistics park. From the second quarter of this year, it will have nearly 4,000 m2 of modern space at its disposal, of which 3,800 m2 will be warehouse space and 160 m2 will be designated for offices.

Reka Rubber Polska is already a client of MLP Group. For nearly a year, it has been using 2,000 m2 of space at this logistics center near Poznań. Thus, as a result of the concluded transaction, the space available to the tenant will be doubled.

Reka Rubber Polska was established in Dopiewo in 2004 and is part of the Finnish group Reka. The company is characterized by dynamic development and the expansion of its sales markets. It focuses on selected branches of industry, providing its clients with highly specialized and high-quality products, including injection-molded rubber-metal products and rubber profiles.

The MLP Poznań West logistics center will ultimately provide over 141,000 m2 of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space on an area of 29 hectares. The new halls will have an increased height of up to 11.5 m. MLP Poznań West is located on the western side of Poznań near the S11 expressway, just 7 km from the junction with the A2 motorway. The excellent location is attractive for various types of business.
