RTL Polska opens a new distribution center at Prologis Park Chorzów
RTL Polska, a logistics company specializing in serving clients in the clothing industry, has decided to lease nearly 1,400 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Chorzów.
RTL Polska was established in 2007 as a result of the development of the Italian company Autotrasporti Rutilli Adolfo s.r.l., which covers the entire Europe in the fashion sector.Deciding to open an additional transshipment warehouse, a so-called cross dock, we focused on investments offering the largest possible number of docks in a relatively small area, increasing ECR, i.e., Efficient Customer Response. An additional advantage of the Prologis Park Chorzów distribution center turned out to be the availability of a level 0 entrance gate, streamlining our logistics service – explains Piotr Kowalczyk, RTL Polska.
Ultimately, the logistics company RTL Polska will occupy a corner warehouse module at Prologis Park Chorzów, offering 8 docks and 1 entrance gate, with an area of 1,246 sqm, and an additional 151 sqm will complement the office and social area.
