Santander Bank Polska to finance the further development of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV

Panattoni, the most active industrial real estate developer in the world, has secured further financing from Santander Bank Polska for the development of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV. A loan of 22 million euros will allow for the completion of the second and third stages of the investment – a modern BTS facility and a speculative warehouse with an area of 28,000 sqm.

Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is an example of an investment that combines advanced logistics, high ESG standards, and functionality for many industries” – says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Poznań XIV is located in Głuchowo near Poznań, just 6 km from the Poznań Zachód junction, where the S5 and S11 expressways intersect with the A2 motorway. Such a location provides excellent access to the national and international transport network, which makes the park attractive for companies from the logistics, e-commerce, and light manufacturing sectors. The second stage of the investment includes a logistics center in the BTS formula, while the third – a speculative warehouse with an area of 28,000 sqm, available for new tenants.

Ultimately, the complex of three buildings will reach 63,000 sqm of modern space. Currently, the first stage is nearing completion – a warehouse of 14,000 sqm, where the tenants will be Gasa Group and Markat Plus. The entire investment will obtain BREEAM certification at a high Excellent level, and the environmental solutions applied in it will allow for the reduction of energy and water consumption.
