The manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics and household goods will move to a new facility within the largest logistics complex near Warsaw, MLP Pruszków II. At the same time, it will increase the space used so far by 35%, to over 24,000 sqm. Over the course of the cooperation with MLP Group, which has lasted for a quarter of a century, the space leased by Sarantis Polska has increased fivefold.
The tenant will gain access to the new building in November this year, and will be able to use it in full from July 2026. Approximately 22,700 sqm will be allocated for warehouse purposes, of which approximately 5,200 sqm will be occupied by the VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) zone – an area with very narrow working aisles, characterized by high throughput and efficient use of space. Another 2,000 sqm will be allocated for packaging, and modern office spaces will cover 1,400 sqm. Operational optimization will be ensured by a hall with a net height of 12m. In accordance with MLP Group standards, the new facility will undergo BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
