Satoia S.A. has more land in its investment portfolio

The land bank already exceeds 1.2 million sqm, and in the coming months it will increase by another million sqm. Satoia S.A. owns land with final building permits, but is constantly looking for attractive locations.

Nearshoring, shortening supply chains, moving production from Asia to Europe, mainly to European Union countries. This is a significant factor in reducing operational risk. I believe that this trend will strengthen even further, which is why our main goal is to purchase and prepare land not only for logistics and warehouse investments, but mainly for production - says Marcin Tadeusz Ochyra.

Before they enter the investment portfolio of Satoia S.A., the land undergoes multi-stage verification. This results from the company's strategy: the land is prepared and ready for construction to begin by the investor even the day after the transaction.

Satoia invests both in the preparation of documentation including building permits, as well as surrounding infrastructure and utilities. The actions are aimed not only at increasing the attractiveness of a given plot, but also at the prospective development of neighboring areas, influencing the functioning of the local community.
We have significant experience in this area, which is why the majority of our investment portfolio currently consists of areas intended for production activities. In this context, we are preparing appropriate documentation for these plots, with future investments in mind – says Marcin Tadeusz Ochyra.

Strategically located properties are key for Satoia S.A., enabling the company to develop long-term business partnerships and meet even the demanding needs of international clients from the logistics, warehouse, and production sectors.
For this reason - despite an already rich real estate portfolio - Satoia is actively looking for new, attractive locations. Currently, the company is focusing on finding land for production investments in Lower and Upper Silesia.

Currently, the construction of an impressive logistics and warehouse complex is underway in Kąty Wrocławskie. Plots with a total area of 800,000 sqm have been sold to four international investors.

Satoia S.A. is responsible for preparing the site for investment, obtaining the necessary documentation, including building permits, and providing comprehensive infrastructure, including roads and utilities, such as sewage systems.

Located at the exit from the A4 motorway, the area prepared by Satoia S.A. in Kąty Wrocławskie offers convenient access to main transport routes, which facilitates fast and efficient distribution of goods, both domestically and abroad.
